Delete Account
Smart Touch users can delete their account from the mobile app or website account screen.
How deletion works
Open Smart Touch, go to More -> Account & Security -> Delete Account, add a reason if needed, then tap Delete.
Step 1Delete
Submit your delete account request.
Step 2Review
The administrator reviews the request. After approval, normal login is blocked.
Step 3Access
Login access is removed after approval.
Some business records may be retained where required for invoices, accounts, audit, legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. Personal login access is removed after approval.
