These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smart Touch, including the Smart Touch mobile app, website, dashboard, POS billing software, inventory tools, shop management tools, journal ledger tools, reports, and related services.
By creating an account, logging in, using the app, using the website, or accessing any Smart Touch service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Smart Touch.

1. About Smart Touch
Smart Touch is business software designed to help companies and shops manage:
- POS billing and receipts
- Customer records
- Inventory and product records
- Warehouse and shop stock
- Purchase entries and purchase orders
- Sale returns and purchase returns
- Journal entries and party ledgers
- Banking party ledgers
- Shop expenses and day books
- Staff permissions and access control
- Reports, alerts and notifications
- Website and app-based business management features
Smart Touch is a tool for business record keeping and workflow management. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You may use Smart Touch only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use business software under applicable laws.
If you use Smart Touch on behalf of a company, shop, organization, partnership or other business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
Smart Touch is not intended for children or child-directed use.
3. Account Registration
To use Smart Touch, you may need to create or receive a login account. Account information must be accurate and kept updated.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your username, password and authentication code secure
- All activity performed under your login
- Assigning correct permissions to staff users
- Removing staff access when a staff member leaves or should no longer access the system
- Keeping company, shop, customer, billing, inventory and ledger records accurate
We may refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access if account information is false, unauthorized, unsafe, abusive or violates these Terms.
4. Company Admins, Staff Users and Permissions
Smart Touch supports company owners/admins, staff users, shop users, managers and other roles. The company admin controls staff permissions and access.
Company admins are responsible for:
- Creating and managing staff accounts
- Assigning permissions carefully
- Reviewing staff activity
- Approving or rejecting bills where approval is required
- Managing company settings, payment modes, inventory, shops, ledgers and reports
- Resetting staff passwords or two-factor authentication when required
Staff users must use only the features allowed by their company admin.
5. Business Data Ownership
The company or business account owner owns the business data entered into Smart Touch, including bills, products, inventory, customers, journal entries, ledgers, reports, shop records and purchase records.
Smart Touch processes this data only to provide the service, support security, maintain records, troubleshoot problems, comply with law, and improve the software.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter.
6. POS Billing and Business Records
Smart Touch allows users to create, edit, save, approve, print, share and report POS bills and business records according to permissions.
You are responsible for verifying:
- Product names
- Quantity
- Price
- Discount
- Tax
- Shipping charge
- Payment mode
- UTR or transaction reference
- Customer details
- Approval and paid/unpaid status
